▴ Importance of weight training in Women
Weight training has always been for men in the old school. But recent studies show it will help women to better there health.

It's sad how the moment we talk about the strength we picture a muscular strong man only. Probably that's also one of the reasons why even our comic books are majorly male strong superpower males!  Glad that Marvel came up with Wonder Woman, Cat Woman and many more female superheroes which shows that we can not only have inner but outer strength too.

On the other hand, health and medical experts have always mentioned that females do need a workout for healthy mental and physical wellbeing.

It is still deemed a training system for men, however, lifting weights has a tremendous amount

of benefits for women. In case you haven't noticed, strength training for women is pretty awesome. There are numerous perks and here are just a few of them!

more muscle = burn more fat a healthier heart  increased confidence and strength (both physically and psychologically)  it's a fun way to blow off steam and/or battle depression  stronger bones  Stress level reduction Toning

The majority of females or I would say mothers are deficient in calcium or vitamin d mainly cause the have given a part of it to their kids and lack of time to be exposed to morning rays adds up to the deficiency. This also is one of the causes of the growing cases of arthritis in females. Hence the need for strength, stamina and pushing your limit to train your body for a healthy mind and old age. To overcome this issue we need to add in not just cardio but weight and strength exercises in the routine. Which will help not only for the above-mentioned reasons but for the ideal body toning and also posture correction

Researchers from across the globe have mentioned that the chances of reduction of arthritis and bone structure-related issues can be conquered if we have the right guidance in the early stages of life. And working out is not only a luxury but a necessity of life.

Many of the females are dependent on the males of the house so it's very important to guide the men too so that they help their ladies to be healthy in every age.  If we add in such progress in our daily approach it won't be far away that females would have lesser medical issues and also lead a healthy life in all stages of life.
