Raise right leg up and bring your right leg to your left thigh Balance on your left foot Bring the pranam mudra near your heart chakra Straighten your arms and stretch them up Now repeat it with the other leg Hold for eight to ten breaths Dandasana for arthritis and muscle pain To do Dandasana, sit on the ground or on the bed.
