Madhya Pradesh registers a decline in active Covid 19 cases. So far more than 2.24 lakh patients have recovered from covid infection in the state.

Madhya Pradesh reports below 1000 positive cases on Sunday. The state continues to report more recoveries than positive cases.

State registers decline in active Covid 19 cases. So far more than 2.24 lakh patients have recovered from covid infection in the state.

Around 26, 800 tests have been carried out in the state on Sunday, out of which 946 new positive cases were reported.

With 18 patients succumbing to the infection, the death toll rose to 3,563.

As per the health bulletin of the state department, 1160 patients recovered on Sunday.

The number of new cases remained below 10 in 32 districts of the state. No new case has been reported in Harda, Datia, Seoni, Bhind, Ashoknagar, Dindori, and Burhanpur district.

Maximum covid positive case registered at Indore, followed by Bhopal. Jabalpur reports 47 new positive cases.

As per the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), samples of passengers who returned to Bhopal and  Indore from Britain in the recent past are being tested by the RT-PCR method.
