1. Egg

Only one egg yolk contains more than 5% of the vitamin which is sufficient for the body.

2. Salmon Fish

More than 60% vitamin D is found in just 100 grams of salmon fish. If you eat meat and fish, then to overcome the lack of vitamin D in the body, definitely consume salmon fish, it also protects you from many diseases. Apart from this, vitamin D is also found in abundance in tuna fish. If you are not able to consume Salman fish, then consume tuna fish.

3. Juice

After knowing the symptoms of vitamin D deficiency, start consuming orange juice immediately because vitamin D is found in rich quantities in orange juice.
