What to eat for a healthy heart?

Due to high cholesterol, many people believe that things like cholesterol-richness should not be consumed. This is a myth. Actually, whenever you eat calorie-rich things, it gets stored in our body in the form of cholesterol. In such a situation, there is a need to think about reducing it, not to do away with cholesterol.

World Health Day i.e. World Health Day is celebrated every year on 7 April. The purpose of celebrating this day is to make people around the world aware of their health.

Many people in our country are suffering from diseases related to heart health. In this, about 33 percent of the people are suffering from heart disease. Not only this, the most surprising thing is that very young people are falling prey to heart disease in the country.

About 12 to 15 percent of people suffering from heart diseases are dying under the age of 40, the proportion of which is increasing continuously. The doctor says that about 25 to 30 percent are increasing continuously.


Causes of heart disease

The main reason for having heart disease is poor routine. About 90 percent of people in India stay away from exercise. There can be many reasons for this. Apart from this, consuming more fried things (burgers are more harmful than pizza, fried things) is included.


Carbohydrates (potatoes, sweets) are consumed in excess in our country. Due to which there is a risk of heart disease. Apart from this, consuming tobacco products in any way can be a cause of heart disease.


Does exercising too much increase the risk of heart disease?

Doctors say that too much of anything can be harmful. If you do a lot of activity (more than 300 minutes of heavy activity a week), it can be harmful to your health. This can lead to a risk of heart disease.


Is there a risk of heart disease if you have high cholesterol?

High levels of circulating cholesterol increase the risk of heart disease. The doctor says that there are no symptoms of high cholesterol level. It can slowly affect your health. 

Oil Free Corn Sandwich

As much as it is tasty to eat an oil free corn sandwich, it is also helpful in reducing weight and maintaining a healthy heart. Corn grains are used to make this sandwich, which is rich in fiber and many types of vitamins. By eating this, your weight will not make any difference and neither will your cholesterol and fat increase. to make it


  • Take some coriander leaves.
  • Add 2 green chilies and 2 garlic to it.
  • Now add boiled corn kernels in it.
  • Add cumin powder and black salt
  • Now add lemon juice and mix it all together and grind it coarsely.
  • Now add finely chopped carrot and red capsicum to it.
  • Now fill it in bread and heat it on tawa.
  • If you have to use any oil for a sandwich, then use coconut oil.
