What should a sugar patient eat?

Fenugreek

A patient suffering from diabetes should be given water soaked in fenugreek overnight on an empty stomach every morning. This keeps diabetes under control.

Tomato juice

Tomato juice is also very beneficial for sugar patients. For this prepare tomato juice, and add salt and black pepper to it, and consume it on an empty stomach daily, it will be beneficial.

Milk

Consuming milk to control sugar is considered beneficial because milk contains carbohydrates and proteins, which help us in controlling diabetes.

Refuse sweets

Sugar patients should refrain from eating sweets and fat things. For them, it will be right to eat only things found in carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, high fiber, and minerals.

Drink plenty of water

Try to drink more and more water. Make a habit of drinking a glass of water as soon as you wake up in the morning.

Absinthe

Boil the absinthe and drink the remaining water daily in the morning, such that the increased sugar level starts decreasing after 1 to 2 consecutive weeks. get the most out of it

Neem leaves

Eat four to five leaves of neem every morning or boil five leaves with absinthe, and you can consume its decoction.

Make a habit of eating bitter gourd in your daily diet, if you want, you can take out its juice and drink it, it also benefits the diabetic patient 

Which foods can be  eaten - Diabetes diet plan

The choice of vegetables in sugar is peas, cabbage, okra, spinach, and green leafy vegetables.

Lentils with peel, milk, curd, buttermilk, taroi, parwal, tinda, mushroom, brinjal, cauliflower, capsicum, garlic, gourd, beans.

For salad

Cucumber, Onion, Carrot, Beet, Cucumber.

In food

Fenugreek paratha, porridge, roti, lentils, rice (in very small quantities), kidney beans, chickpeas, fish, chicken, egg, green tea, sprouted lentils, peeled gram sattu, millet.

Fruit

Which fruit should a diabetic patient eat?

Melon, Orange, Lemon, Mosambi, Papaya, Sev, Watermelon, Pear, Strawberry, Banana, Guava (peeled off), Kiwi, Jamun, Amla, Cucumber.

Dry Fruits

Soaked almonds, walnuts, peanuts, soybeans.
