Exercise done for about 30 minutes can prove to be miraculous for your physical and mental development. But yes, avoid doing any high-intensity exercise before sleeping. Instead, go for a rest or light physical activity such as cycling. This will greatly improve your sleep cycle.

Keep Yourself Hydrate

Since, due to excessive sweating during the summer season, there is a lack of water in the body. There is also a shortage of water. Which can be a reason for not sleeping. Therefore it is very important to change this habit quickly.

Ideally, an average person should drink at least 2.5 liters of water a day. However, taking cognizance of persistent sweating, drink extra water even when you are not thirsty. But avoid drinking too much before you sleep, otherwise, you may have to go to the bathroom more often.
