Post workout diet - What not to eat after exercising

Eating the wrong food after exercise can put all your hard work in vain. After exercising, what should be eaten must be taken care of. So do not consume these things after exercise.

Fast Foods

After exercising in the gym, some people eat anything thinking that it will build their muscles, while this is not the case at all. The body needs the most protein after the gym to build muscles. Do not consume fast foods and oily foods after the gym, they contain very little nutrients.

Heavy Meals

Immediately after exercising in the gym, heavy food like lentils, rice, vegetable roti, oily food, butter chicken, etc. should also be avoided.

Tea-Coffee
