Health precautions following the Noida twin towers' destruction Beware of breathing and skin-related conditions

In the morning and evening, people should avoid strenuous physical activities outside. They should use an N95 mask during high pollution hours and avoid opening windows. Following the destruction of the Noida twin towers.

On August 28, 2022 at 2:30 pm, the much-talked-about Noida twin towers were demolished in a controlled fashion after informing the residents about the possible fallout and putting in place preventive measures. Many families were vacated from their apartments from the surrounding areas.

People who live nearby are worried about their health as a result of the demolition of the twin towers. Health problems include headaches, asthma attacks, colds, phlegm, and allergies could last for several weeks.

THE DUST: HOW TO MANAGE

Fresh fruit must be consumed frequently. Fruits help boost the body's immunity and fight diseases like the common cold and allergies because they are high in antioxidants.

To stay hydrated, you should regularly consume water. The body deteriorates when it is dehydrated. In addition, dry skin may crack, creating entry points for pathogens, viruses, and toxins into our bodies.

In case of skin or eye irritation, consult your doctor. If you're someone who has pre-existing health conditions, such as high BP, diabetes, asthma, heart diseases, watch out for symptoms such as shortness of breath, chest pain, etc. In addition, make sure you take all your medications on time. Keep in touch with your doctors and again stay indoors.
