Here’s a list of 5 fruits and 5 dry fruits with which we can accelerate our heart’s well-being. 

Almonds

Almonds contain unsaturated fat which is good for your body. It can also lower bad cholesterol from your system. It is recommended to eat almonds that are soaked in water overnight. 

Walnuts

Rich in omega-3 fatty acids, this little powerhouse of nutrition can help keep our beating heart healthy. Walnuts have monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids that keep us away from harm like stroke and other cardiovascular diseases. 

Peanuts

Just like walnuts, peanuts are recommended for a healthy heart. Peanuts too contain monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids that are good for the heart. The heart is a muscle that benefits from the protein derived from peanuts. 

Apples

An apple a day keeps the doctor away. This is also true for your heart. A study revealed that women who didn’t have apples in their diet are at a chance of 13-22% developing heart diseases.

Citric Fruits

Loaded with vitamin C, citric fruits like oranges, lemon and mosambi can help boost not only your heart health but overall immunity. Citric fruits contain hesperidin which helps lessen the risk of hypertension.

Blueberries

This exotic food is known to contain many antioxidants. A lesser-known fact about it is that eating blueberries can lower the chance of heart diseases by 15%. Doctors recommend consuming 150 grams of blueberries every day. 

With the consumption of the above-said things, it is necessary to engage in good and moderate exercise. Keep an active lifestyle and a healthy diet to see the best results.
