Eye care at home - Follow these 8 tips

The eye is the most delicate part of the body which is responsible for vision. Make sure that you take care of your eyes with these healthy tips which help you improve your eyesight and vision.

If you sit all day in front of the TV, computer and due to any other reason you feel tired and heavy in your eyes, try these eye care remedies at home which will help you in running. 

Get up in the morning before sunrise and as soon as you wake up, fill your mouth with water and splash cold water on closed eyes 20-25 times. Remember, while sprinkling on the mouth or washing the face with water, the mouth should be full of water.

If the body is hot due to the effect of sunlight, heat, or labor, do not pour cold water on the face. After taking some rest, dry the sweat and wash the face after normalizing the body temperature.

The eyes should not be washed with hot water, it causes damage to the eyes.

Do not stare at distant objects or scenes for a long time, do not look at a scene shining in bright sunlight, do not write, read and do fine work in low light.

If you feel sleepiness, heaviness in the eyes, burning, or tiredness, then immediately close the eyes and give them some rest.

Waking up till late at night and sleeping till late after sunrise is harmful to the eyes. If you have to stay awake till late at night, one glass of cold water should be drunk in an hour and a half.

Eyes should be protected from dust, smoke, sunlight, and strong wind. Do not stay too long in such an environment. If you are working with eyes continuously, then keep the eyes rest by closing the eyes 1-2 times in between, keeping the palms on the eyes with light pressure.

Sometimes crying is beneficial for the eyes. It cleans the mind as well as the eyes. 

Get started with eye care right away. These tips will help prevent unhealthy eyes and keep glasses at bay. Ensure that you maintain the health of the eye always.
