The Covid19 cases in Gujarat are constantly declining. 90 percent of the 50 thousand Covid beds in the state are now vacant.

The Covid19 cases in Gujarat are constantly declining. 90 percent of the 50 thousand Covid beds in the state are now vacant.

Principal Health Secretary Jayanti Ravi has said that the recovery rate has reached up to 94.82 percent. AIR correspondent reports, Gujarat has recorded 665 new cases of Covid19 during the last 24 hours. 
 

The total number of Covid19 cases detected so far in Gujarat has reached up to 2 lakh 49 thousand 246. Out of these, 2 lakh 36 thousand 323 patients recovered. 897 patients recovered during the last 24 hours. 

More than 99 lakh 55 thousand tests have been carried out in the state till date.  Maximum of 139 new cases reported from Ahmedabad, while Surat recorded 124 new cases.

At present total active cases in the state are 8594, out of which 60 patients are on ventilators. 4 patients died yesterday due to Covid19.
