In Gujarat, Ahmedabad city had witnessed 8 Covid deaths during the last 24 hours, which is highest during the last five months.

AIR Ahmedabad correspondent reports that the 13 deaths reported in the state are also the highest in a single day during the last 2 months.
 

After the spurt in fresh Covid19 cases in Ahmedabad city, the rise in death is also a matter of concern for the state health authorities.
 
Ahmedabad city has recorded 300 plus new patients daily since the last 2 days, which has increased the number of patients with high viral load and comorbidity.
 
The city has already observed the complete curfew during the weekend.

 
Now it is very much necessary that people follow the compulsory mask and social distancing norms and wash their hands frequently.
 
As Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, and Rajkot will have night curfew from 9 pm to 6 am daily, the government asked the people to wear masks and avoid crowding during the day time.
 
Meanwhile, the State BJP has already canceled all its functions in the state till further notice.
