2- Excessive caffeine intake

If you are a coffee drinker then there is bad news for you. Yes, excessive consumption of coffee can increase anxiety. So if you keep drinking coffee frequently then you need to limit the number of cups. If you feel like drinking something, then you can drink other healthy drinks instead, which can be fresh juice or lemonade.

3-Higher dedication to work

Whether you believe it or not, work pressure can make you a victim of anxiety, due to which the productivity of your work may decrease. It would not be wrong to say that anxiety and work stress are closely related. Anxiety affects your work and your work stress makes you a victim of anxiety.

4-Temper

5-Not sleeping properly

If you often play movies and games on your phone or PC till late at night, then you can spend the next day sleeping in bed, which works to increase anxiety. So if you do this daily then you need to change this habit and you need to get proper sleep.
